This image shows the S-IVB stage of the Saturn rocket orbiting above Earth. Originally designed as a booster stage, the S-IVB played a key role in propelling Apollo spacecraft toward the Moon. Its distinctive cylindrical shape and conical adapter made it one of the most recognizable pieces of Apollo hardware left floating in space.
